I believe that children are our highest priority. All children can learn when we have high expectations. An inviting school climate translates into a positive learning environment. The school faculty and staff are dedicated to the students and to individual professional growth and development. I believe that the administration sets the tone for the entire school by exhibiting leadership academically and spiritually, employing and supporting best practices, and modeling all values of this philosophy. Parents and community must be involved in students learning. Curricular and co-curricular activities must be designed to achieve a positive climate and to lead all stakeholders to feel a sense of belonging to the school. I believe that student academic achievement occurs through a climate of mutual respect and sensitivity among all stakeholders, including students, parents, community members, teachers, administrators, board members, church members and the entire staff. It is our goal to become the best school with the best students, the best parents, and the best teachers.
